| ALEXANDER BOBROVSKY BECAME THE BEST TOP MANAGER OF SIBUR-NEFTEKHIM ACCORDING TO RESULTS OF 2009 |
| Alexander Bobrovsky, deputy general director of SIBUR-Neftekhim
for legal issues and corporate relations, was named the best top manager
of the company according to results of 2009. The best top manager is elected
in SIBUR-Neftekhim regularly since 2003. The system of elections is arranged according to the principle "top managers elect the best top manager." Every top manage writes in the voting paper the name of his colleague that according to him made the biggest contribution to development of the company in the reporting period." Alexander Sergeevich Bobrovsky was born on March 11 of 1978 in Barnaul. He graduated from the legal department of the Altai state University. He studied under grant and corporate programs in the Free University of Berlin and Stockholm School of Economics, Russia. In 2005, he received Master of Business Administration degree in the state university Higher School of Economics. Between 1994 and 1998, he worked for commercial organizations of Barnaul. Between 1999 and 2003, he was director of the legal department of the Tobolsk petrochemical company. Since January of 2003, he has been deputy general director of SIBUR-Neftekhim. In 2009, Alexander Bobrovsky supervised the work on the legal support of operations of SIBUR-Neftekhim and its subsidiaries and buyout of land plots for the project of reengineering of EP-300 plant of the Kstovo petrochemical plant. Tank farms for liquid and liquefied hydrocarbons and other objects of logistic infrastructure will be built on the new site. This will allow increasing of capacity of EP-300 plant from 240,000 to 360,000 and finally to 450,000 tons of ethylene per year and supply of raw materials to Russia's biggest facility for production of polyvinylchloride designed by RusVinil. |
