CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OF CENTRAVIS LTD

Personnel changes took place in the composition of the Board of Directors of Centravis Limited holding (Cyprus). Sergei Shibaev and Ilya Shirokobrod were appointed new members of the Board of Directors. Documents of the company said that this change was done on the basis of resolution of the shareholders' meeting with participation of new shareholder in the form of EBRD. EBRD became a shareholder of Centravis Ltd as a result of the deal of October 26 of 2009 in the framework of which the bank provided investments to the equity worth up to 10 million euros and issued a credit worth 48 million euros. Along with Ilya Shirokobrod and Sergei Shibaev the Board of Directors of Centravis Limited also includes Chair of the Board of Directors Yury Atanasov, Vasily Atanasov, Sergei Atanasov (Ukraine) and independent directors Sergei Sokolov (Russia) and Petros Livanios (Cyprus). Sergei Shibaev was nominated to the Board by company's shareholder EBRD. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Russia) with specialty of "international economics." He is master of economic sciences. He is certified accountant (FCCA, UK). He received МВА degree in Henley Management College (UK). He had managerial positions in such companies as Coopers & Lybrand (London, UK, and Moscow, Russia), Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH (Moscow, Russia), Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance (Toronto, Canada) and ING Barings (Moscow, Russia). He has a big experience of managing and consulting work in large international companies. At present, he is an independent member of the Board of Directors of RESO – Garantia (Moscow, Russia), Sotsgorbank (Moscow, Russia), AK BARS bank (Kazan, Russia) and Kazcommercebank (Almaty, Kazakhstan). Ilya Shirokobrod was nominated to the Board of Directors by shareholders of Centravis Limited Atanasov family. He graduated form the St. Petersburg State Technical University (Russia) with specialty "engineer-physicist." He is a master of technical sciences. He received Executive MBA degree in Stockholm School of Economics. He started his career from post of sales manager in Melitta company and afterwards he was regional sales manager of Tetra Pak. He passed career path from commercial director to general director in Alcoa CSI. Since 2005, he worked for UVIS (CENTRAVIS). In 2008, he took the post of director for strategy and business development of CENTRAVIS. Since February 2 of 2010, he has been managing director of trading company EvrazHolding.
