The webinar will be held by Alexander Tildikov,
Alexander Tildikov - financial advisor, consultant on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, member of the IPAR (Institute of Professional Auditors of Russia), Chairman of the Committee on Tax Consulting, member of Chamber of Tax Consultants (Scientific Advisory Board). Successful consultant in projects on optimization and restructuring, support of transactions on purchase/sale of business and investment projects. Current member of the Board of Directors of well-known Russian companies. Alexander has been working closely with the Teaching and methodological center under the Ministry of Taxes and Assessments of Russia as a consultant and teacher more than 10 years.
